Why We Exist

Just4Veterans Foundation was created with one clear purpose: to support veterans and their families through real, practical assistance that creates meaningful impact.

Many veterans continue to face serious challenges after service, including medical concerns, financial hardship, mobility limitations, and difficulty accessing reliable support systems. While these challenges are often overlooked, we believe those who served deserve continued care, dignity, and support.

Our foundation exists to help bridge those gaps through compassion, action, and community-driven support.

The Just4Veterans Foundation shares a broader commitment to veteran education and empowerment with Just4Veterans Enterprise.

Meet Our Team

Vincent Reynolds

Vince is a retired Marine First Sergeant and high school American History teacher. Vince’s Marine Corps service spans 35 years, serving on active duty from 1986-1992 and the Marine Corps Reserve from 2007-2021. He retired from teaching after 30 years in 2026.

In addition to his service, he has also been very active in the local American Legion Post and Marine Corps League Detachment. He has coordinated the Toys for Tots campaign in Southeast Minnesota since 2012. Vince has been married for 35 years and has three adult children. He enjoys outdoor activities like camping and backpacking as well as spending time with family.

Having a deep desire to serve his country, community, and fellow veterans, Vince has taken the reigns of the Just4Veterans Foundation to support veterans in a more profound way.

Dr. Catherine Kemmerling

Cat is a U.S. Army Combat Engineer Officer (Ret.) with 24 years of service, including missions to Guatemala, South Korea and Iraq. An Organizational Psychologist and educator, she brings expertise in leadership, human performance and systems integration. At J4V Foundation, she helps to further the mission of serving Veterans, as a Board Member.

Robert Vida Obong

was born and raised in the Philippines before immigrating to Los Angeles, California, at the age of 15. At 17 years old, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 1988, beginning a distinguished military career that spanned three decades of honorable service before his retirement in 2018.

Throughout his 30-year career, Robert supported and participated in numerous military operations around the world, including the liberation of Kuwait during Operation Desert Storm, peacekeeping missions in Somalia, humanitarian relief efforts in the Philippines, operations supporting the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan, and missions in support of Special Operations Company (SOC). These experiences provided him with extensive expertise in leadership, operational planning, mission execution, and collaboration across complex and demanding environments.

As a Board Member of the Just4Veterans Foundation, Robert remains dedicated to the Foundation’s mission of serving veterans and their families through integrity, accountability, compassion, and purposeful action. Drawing upon a lifetime of service, he is committed to advancing initiatives that improve the veteran experience, strengthening partnerships that benefit the veteran community, and mentoring the next generation of veteran advocates and leaders.

Guided by a service-first philosophy, Robert continues to devote his time and expertise to ensuring that every effort undertaken by the Foundation contributes to the long-term success, well-being, and empowerment of those who have served our nation and the families who stand beside them.
